All the software in the BiaQIm Image Processing Suite (hereafter referred to as 'the software') is authored by Dr Paul J. Tadrous (hereafter referred to as 'the author'). The software was authored in good faith and was authored for the intention of performing image and/or data processing as described in the user manuals. No malicious code has been knowingly incorporated into the software.
However, the author is not a professional computer programmer and cannot guarantee that the software will run to a professional standard or that it will be harmless. The software programs are all experimental computer programs. Although the author has tested and run the software at various stages in its development without serious adverse incidents or known lasting damage to hardware or unrelated data, the testing procedures and protocols do not cover every eventuality of use and were only performed on a limited number of datasets, computers and computer configurations. This does not guarantee that any use you, the user, make of the software will be similarly harmless. In addition, some elements in the software, after upgrades that were considered by the author to be harmless, have not been re-tested.
You, the user, are advised to take precautions when using the software, including backing-up any data that is important to you prior to using the software.
The software is provided 'as is' and the author cannot accept any liability for damages of any kind resulting from the use or attempted use of the software. Furthermore, all information on this website and and any links on this website or downloads of other software (not authored by the author) from this website or any links from this website are provided 'as is' without any warranty and the author cannot accept any liability for damages of any kind resulting from the use or attempted use of aforementioned information, links or software.
