DEFINITIONS OF TERMS
The term 'SOFTWARE' refers to each and every computer program (including any associated documentation and file formats) which are authored by (and copyright of) Dr Paul J. Tadrous and which are designated by Dr Paul J. Tadrous as 'Freeware'. The terms 'YOU' and 'YOUR' refer to any individual or group, body or organisation which may process, use, store or distribute the software at any stage and not just the end user.

OWNERSHIP AND GRANT OF LICENSE
The SOFTWARE (including any copies of the SOFTWARE in YOUR possession) is owned by Dr Paul J. Tadrous. As long as YOU abide by the terms of this License Agreement Dr Paul J. Tadrous grants YOU a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE according to the terms of this License Agreement. YOU, the licensee have no title to or ownership of the SOFTWARE or any intellectual property rights therein. License to use the SOFTWARE in any way other than in accordance with the terms of this License Agreement is expressly withheld and all such use is unauthorised and may be construed as illegal.

PERMITTED USE
YOU may use the SOFTWARE for non-commercial purposes including the incorporation of the SOFTWARE into YOUR own custom systems for image processing and analysis. YOU may make and freely distribute an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE provided that any copies distributed are accompanied by a copy of this License Agreement in an easily accessible and human-readable form.

LIMITATIONS ON USE
The SOFTWARE may NOT be incorporated into any product for which a charge is levied (including, but not limited to, commercial products). The SOFTWARE may NOT be patented at all, either as an individual program or as a collection or part of a collection of programs or as part of any system which includes one or more programs from the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE may NOT be used to facilitate any illegal activity.

WARRANTY
The SOFTWARE is provided 'as is'. NO WARRANTY whatsoever, either expressed or implied, is made as to the accuracy, reliability or fitness for any purpose of the SOFTWARE. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall Dr Paul J. Tadrous be held liable for damages of any kind resulting, either directly or indirectly, from the use or attempted use of the SOFTWARE. YOU may only use the SOFTWARE if YOU do so at YOUR own risk.

COPYRIGHT
All title and Copyrights (including intellectual property rights) in and to the SOFTWARE are the property of Dr Paul J. Tadrous. This includes, in addition, copyrights to any documentation or file formats associated with the SOFTWARE.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
If any part of this License Agreement is found void or unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
